Many people underestimate the importance of water in their daily lives, there are many positives about the substance which have physical and mental outcomes.
Water can improve...:
- Energy levels. It helps you think clearly and improves concentration, giving you 30% more improved alertness and productivity.
-Weight loss efficiency and regulating eating patterns. Often we can mistake being thirsty for being hungry; drinking right equals eating right! It will help your digestion become more efficient also.
-Releasing harmful toxins, water makes up 92% of your blood and staying hydrated will keep your blood flowing.
-Your mood. 75% of your brain is water, drinking will help you become more alert and happier.
-Muscle preservation. 75% of muscle is water, drinking will help avoid muscle fatigue and will help you build muscle faster.
There are many other pros from drinking water other than the factors I have already mentioned. I know that multiple people claim that water doesn't taste nice, and for a while I was on the same page, but I began drinking water more frequently, and now I prefer drinking water over any other drink. This goes for some of my recipes. They take a while to get used to, but you get a certain fondness towards the taste after a while.
