Ingredients:

- 25g branflakes

- 45g raspberries

- 100g strawberries

- half a banana

- 30g blackberries

- 10g cashew nuts

Instructions:

- blend branflakes, raspberries and strawberries in a blender.

- scoop out contents and put two quarters of a banana on top, leaving a gap in between.

- place blackberries in blender to create blackberry juice

- pour this juice in the gap between the banana slices and decorate with a couple of cashew nuts.

(Only 271 calories!!)
