Blueberry porridge

Ingredients:
- 45 blueberries
- 1 teaspoon golden linseed
- 30g porridge oats
- 240ml semi skimmed milk
Directions:
- heat milk in microwave until warm
- blend warm milk and blueberries in blender
- pour mixture into bowl
- gradually stir in porridge oats until satisfying consistency
- sprinkle on linseed and decorate with a couple of spare blueberries
(350 calories)
