Ingredients:
- 20 blueberries
- 30g branflakes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Blend together..
- 100g blackberries
- 240ml semi skimmed milk
Pour blackberry milk into bowl and pour branflakes, blueberries and chia seeds on top!
